Where is the house located in the Terme Čatež camp, and how do I get there?
Aquapark Apartments offers you two beautiful houses on the site of the Terme Čatež camp.
Both houses are located in the immediate vicinity of the thermal riviera in Terme Čatež, just a few minutes walk to the largest water park in Central Europe. In the picture below, we have planned the route from the reception of the Terme Čatež camp to both houses, and from the houses to the entrance to the thermal riviera (winter or summer).
What do I need upon arrival?
Upon arrival at the reception of the Terme Čatež camp, you will need a voucher, which we will provide when booking a holiday home.
Where can I pick up the house keys?
Based on the voucher you will receive, you will pick up the keys to the house at the reception of the Terme Čatež camp. There you will be also provided with some tips and information about your stay, which will be presented to you by the employees of Terme Čatež.
Where and to whom should the tourist tax be paid?
You pay the tourist tax together with the registration fee at the reception of the Terme Čatež camp, where you can also check in / check out.
Are bathing tickets included in the price of accommodation?
Bathing tickets or programmed bracelets for entry to the Thermal Riviera are not included in the price.
We want to give you the flexibility to stay in our house, as Brežice and its surroundings offer a lot of activities on dry land, if you happen to get tired of water or swimming pools or just want a little change.
Where can I buy bathing tickets?
Tickets for entry to the Thermal riviera can be purchased and collected upon registration at the reception of the camp in Terme Čatež in the form of programmed bracelets.
Terme Čatež d.d. offers guests of the Terme Čatež camp bathing tickets at a better price than daily guests. The price of a one-day ticket for one person in 2022 is € 13. Children up to the age of 4.99 have free admission accompanied by two adults.
At the reception you will be briefed by Terme Čatež d.d. about any changes to the pool opening schedule and provided with some additional information.
Terme Čatež d.d. reserves the right to change the regime of entry for bathing in accordance with the guidelines of the competent institutions (NIJZ) to prevent the spread of covid-19. Please check the website of Terme Čatež d.d. regularly!
How many entrances to the Thermal Riviera can a programmed bracelet allow in one day?
In the period when only the Winter Thermal Riviera is open and in the spring period until 24 June 2022 and in the autumn period from 1 September 2022, the programmed bracelets allow 2 (two) entries per day with 3 (three) hours of swimming in the Winter Thermal Riviera, except in the following terms when programmed bracelets allow 1 (one) entry per day with 3 (three) hours of swimming in the winter Thermal Riviera.
Dates with 1 (one) entry per day with 3 (three) hours of swimming, when only the winter Thermal Riviera operates:
1.1.2022 – 2.1.2022, 19.2.2022 – 6.3.2022, 22.10.2022 – 1.11.2022, 24.12.2022 – 31.12.2022
In the period from June 25, 2022 to August 31, 2022, the programmed bracelets enable 2 (two) entrances per day to the summer Thermal Riviera or 1 (one) entry with 3 (three) hours of swimming per day in the winter Thermal Riviera.
The summer Thermal riviera is expected to be open from late April to early September. In case of bad weather and urgent maintenance work, Terme Čatež d.d. reserve the right to change the opening hours of the spa and the operation of attractions.
Surcharges (in cases where you have used all entrances to the Thermal Riviera – the price list of surcharges is entirely the responsibility of Terme Čatež d.d. – check their website for any possible changes):
re-entry – adults: 5.90 €
re-entry – children between 5 and 12 years: 4.90 €
extension of time-limited entry 1.50 € for each started hour
Do I have to meet all three PCT conditions?
In accordance with the applicable measures of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, the visit or stay at locations and accommodations TERM ČATEŽ d.d. is allowed for all guests – no PCT requirement.
The exception is guests / patients coming to inpatient spa treatment, for whom the PCT condition is still mandatory.

Where is the reception of the Terme Čatež camp located?
Google Maps has the reception for Camp Terme Čatež labeled as “Camp NEW reception” (see the map on the right).
Directions from Ljubljana:
- Take the A2 / H1 motorway in the direction of Zagreb (from the direction of Ljubljana).
- Go to the Čatež ob Savi exit.
- At the roundabout, drive towards Terme Čatež.
The first turn on the right (next to the large football field) will take you to the reception of the Terme Čatež camp.
